Packaging
Photos - are sent in board-backed envelopes with "Please do not bend" clearly printed on them.
Posters - are sent rolled in a cardboard tube.

If any damage occurs during delivery, please return all items to Head Office (see Contact Us), replacements can then be sent to you.

Delivery
UK All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, this is predominately to ensure that packages are not folded through your letterbox!

Postage charges:
Orders up to £9.99 = £2.50 p&p
Orders from £10.00 to £14.99 = £4.00 p&p
Orders from £15.00 to £24.99 = £4.50 p&p
Orders from £25.00 to £34.99 = £5.00 p&p
Orders from £35.00 and over = £6.00 p&p
